Yes. You can set up conditional call forwarding, so your phone rings a few times and then goes to Vicky’s virtual receptionists if you don’t pick up, you can also do call forwarding for set times and you may also decide to do full time call forwarding. We can support your needs in any capacity!

We can also offer back office administrative support if you require.

We are available 24/7.  Our packages include services between the hours of 7am to 9pm EST Monday through Sunday. If you require our services outside of those hours just let us know.
